Our Drivers : Our drivers are handpicked individual girls who want to be a role model for many women who want to take up non-conventional jobs i.e. Cab Driving. These girls undergo extensive driving training including vehicle maintenance, soft skills, communication, customer handling, and last but not the least self-defense training. All the above trainings are imparted to the girls by specialists, who ensure their all-round fitness for the job. If you’d also like to take up this challenge and make a change in the lives of such strong willed women, we welcome you to join this movement and be a part of this game changing initiative.
Background check and Drivers Induction Process - The documentation with background checks, complete with finger prints and reference checks is carried out. I cards are issued to the drivers and with a proper orientation program and explaining the process and systems.
Soft Skills Training - Class room trainings at regular intervals with outside trainers are carried out on six monthly basis. Mock sessions are also conducted. Benefits of excellent customer service and ensuring higher service levels are explained and taught to the drivers.
Defensive Driver Training - Professional Defensive driving training is carried out by professionals. There are times when you can't control the actions of other drivers. But updating your defensive driving skills can help you avoid the dangers caused by other people's bad driving.
